Beloved Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Alimony's treatment of my FOI request 'Adding CV to UC journal'.

I asked the DWP to provide me with any recorded information held by them, which stated whether or not it is a legal or mandatory requirement of Universal Credit for claimants to upload a copy of their CV on to their Universal Credit periodical. I as well asked the DWP for any recorded data, which stated whether or not it was a legal or mandatory requirement of Universal Credit for claimants to provide a copy of their CV for the DWP Jobcentre/work motorbus for them to retain or examine.

The DWP have not provided me with the information I requested.

In its reply, the DWP have quoted sections of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 and The Universal Credit Regulations 2013 - none of which provides me with the recorded information I requested.

In its reply, the DWP too stated what it considers reasonable for Universal Credit claimants to practise. Stating what the DWP thinks is reasonable for a UC claimant to do falls under the scope of an stance, or point of view, which I did not request. I fabricated this quite clear in paragraph 3 of my FoI request.

I would like the DWP to provide me with the recorded information I requested. If the DWP does not have the recorded information I requested, then I would be grateful if it would say and so.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Doug Brown
